I have already complaints kotak bank and bank provide many time complaints number [protected] / [protected] / [protected] /[protected] but not any action Dear Team I am an Cradit Card holder with Kotak Mahindra Bank (Card No [protected]). My Card is block is Due to non Payments your Collection manager Mr Samtani mob ([protected] ) ( indoor office ) Call me and says please paid card payment and I m unblock your card and I have paid total payments and extra payments but my card not unblock till date and I m call customer care [protected] your Executive says I m not unblock your card card is block for collection team called many time manager Mr Samtani not any positive response & I called Mr Samtani, s Boss Mr. Vipin Tadan ( [protected] ) but Mr.Tadan not pick call I have request to u please action complaints & escalating my problem to the Complaints Board. and revert otherwise I m complaints consumer forum and RBI nodal office I m continue this card services Please Active My Card Thanks Raju Sawde Card Number [protected] Mob No [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
