Kotak Mahindra Bank — Falsely they have deducted my hard earned money without informing over the phone

Dear Sir, I wish to inform you that my account is zero balance maintenance account (ie salary account) though from my account amount of Rs 561.80 is getting deducted every month for non maintenance of amount. Kindly look into the matter and reverse all the amount so that I can maintain account with your bank. My account no-[protected] IFSC code-KKBK0000430 Reply from Kotak Bank-If salary account not credited for two months it will automatically converted to saving accounts.Also they claim they have sent mail regarding this. Now my question is Why this has not been informed to me over phone.If I have knew this I would have taken back all my money.I want my all money back which is deducted as it is a zero balance maintenance account.While opening the account this main clause has not been informed to the customer which I feel equally important to know and know my hard earned money they have deducted for what reason.The amount which they have deducted is not their hard earned money and they have no rights to deduct without informing.I will go to RBI grievance cell and take Kotak Bank to court.Kindly reverse my money back which is not Kotak Bank money.
