Kotak Mahindra Bank — I am unable to access kotak mobile app as well as website in london where i am travelling and all my money is in that account | |||||
Dear team, Greetings from london! I have spoken about the following issue with kotak customer service team and they have asked me to write to this email address stating i will receive solution from you within 24 hours. My crn number is 99035016 and i have moved to london on 27th of june. Since i have been here i am unable to access kotak bank mobile app and website, i have attached mobile banking screenshot and pasted webpage screenshot with error mentioned in the email i had sent to service. [protected]@kotak.com on 13th july but have not received any revert from them. I need this to be resolved at the earliest possible as i am unable to access my account due to not able to access kotak website or mobile app. Was this information helpful? | |||||
