I have not received my credit card yet. I applied for it on 30th December 2015 as I joined the Wipro Limited so it was mandatory for us to open an account in Kotak. Your employees issue me debit card and told us that credit card will be given after 15days of 1st salary credited to your account and till now they did not issue me a credit card. I called them several times, all they say is mail us though I mailed them many times but result was same, no credit card. Name of your employees was Ankit Mittal and Asim Khan. It's never too late. I request you please issue me a credit card as soon as possible as I need it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
