[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — Isseue of new trade book of demet account

I am having following Demat accounts with Ing Vysa Bank

IN[protected] Shantilal J Bhatt

After the merger with Kotak Bank of ING Vysa Bank, my demat account new DIS (trade book) is not issued.so, please send immediatly trade book at my address as fast as possible.

Also local bank is not having proper guidance .

So kindly do the needful on urgent basis.
