I received a e-mail from the bank regarding conversion of my dues on the credit card into EMI with complete details of my dues and records. The link took me to a page to confirm acceptance of the offer to convert my dues into EMI. When I confirmed I was informed that my payment has been converted to EMI and I will be confirmed about it soon.
