[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Personal loan processed with false promises | |||||
I have applied for a personal loan for the amount of XXXXX. I got call from this number [protected] (his name might be shaif) from Bangalore, Kotak branch has approached me with these promises, 1. tenure 5 years 2. processing fee 999/- 3. pre-closuring charges is 0% after one year 4. Rate of interest is 11.49/- I have submitted all the documents to him and same got processed. On 23-June-2016 loan amount is credited to my bank account without confirmation call or mail. I could see the below false charges criteria. 1. processing fee 3.3%/- 2. pre-closuring charges is 5% 3. Rate of interest 12.75/- It is very disappointing to see people behaving this way. Account No : SPLN59884940 CRN : 97606351 I have called and lodged the complaint to kotak mahindra and complaint number is[protected]. Till now no response. Please solve this issue ASAP.
