Kotak Mahindra Bank — Too much delay in receiving otp | |||
Whenever I need to do an online transaction, most of times, otp comes very late. The registered number with bank remains on roaming most of the times since I live in Delhi.I think, i have wasted more than 100 rs roaming charges just to get otp on call. I think kotak is the only bank with suc a poor message delivery system. please resolve your system. I have suffered l lot and I think have very little patience left now. Same problem, when I try to do a transaction in day time, I get OTPs when I am going to sleep in night, sometimes they come after 2 to 5 mins, some times no matter how much I wait they won't come at all.
