[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Updating mobile number for otp | |||||
I am a kotak mahindra bank customer from last 4 years and i moved to different city & state. I cannot access my online banking or pay my bills because i cannot access my online account without the otp number. The number which is registered with kotak mahindra bank i. E. No longer exists anymore. I need to update my new mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all. Please help me... My crn : 33950015 A/c number: [protected] Debit card number: ending with 6117 (Exp date: 11/20) Registered email id: shlndr.[protected]@gmail.com Registered mob number is no longer with me, now i want to replace with my new number i. Verified Support Aug 16, 2016 Kotak Mahindra Bank Customer Care's response Hi Shailendra, you can update your contact number via netbanking in the profile section. Further, while logging into netbanking, OTP will be sent to your registered email id too. Hope this clarifies. - Kotak Team
