Kotak Mahindra Bank — Without approval diverting money to sweep- in deposit. | |||||
Respected Sir, I have a Bank account in Kotak Mahindra bank. My CRN No is 7221072. The Bank is permanently keeping Rs.1.00 Lakhs in sweep in deposit account for a interest of 6% and not releasing the money though I need it. They say you can cancell the account. Sir, The primary rule is that no body is authorize to touch others money. So, this sweep in FD by Kotak Bank may be viewed seriously and against banking rules, since it is putting customer to loss, if he makes FD for one year. Kindly arranage to stop this practice of Bank.
