They give u an email to write ur complaint but they never reply one of the worst bank, don't open an account with kotak mahindra u will be very disappointed., 3rd class bank they will be in touch with you to open up an account with them, once u open up account with them, then u will never hear for them., please choose another bank instead of kotak mahindra.
