Hi, I purchased the om kotak insurance policy (149611) money back policy. After 10 years when the term completed they provided the money, however there was no bonus given. As per the agent and policy i was entitled for bonus after 10 year, see attached policy document. I did follow up with them for months and there was no response. Kindly help me to get my bonus.
