Kotak Securities — Letter of report of fraud

My name is ligin ravi. I am a client of kotak securities. My client id 16216116 .
I would like to report to you, the managers of the company, some very strange activities that have occurred to my account that i need your help to clarify and fix.

On 17 of june, i received from mr. Santosh cp a mail note, signed by mr. Praveen koroth of kotak, to advise me to either call a provided number or give my phone number. So i called the given number, and talked to mr. Santosh cp. I was told that some employee at kotak who had mistakenly made a trading to my account which actually must have been performed on behalf of some other client. And there was a loss of about more than rs 23, 000 consequently from that trading. Further to that, someone in the company decided to sell 2 of my stocks the same day in an effort to rescue the loss money. All of these activities were carried out not to any of my knowledge. I was told by mr. Santosh during that phone call that they tried to contact me by calling. But since i was traveling in the mountainous area of himachal province, i did not receive the calls. Until the mail came asking me to contact. By then, the trading, and the selling of my favorite stocks without my consent had already done few days back! The attachment of the printout of my account is hereby attached for your reference.

Beside the loss from the trading which happened to my account that mistakenly performed by an employee, and the selling of my stocks without my knowledge or my consent, what also surprised and disappointed me is the way on the phone mr. Santosh talked to me. There was not even an apologise. It is as if this is the normal way of how they are doing business, which i do not believe as the work ethic from such a reputed company like kotak that has earned so much trust from clients like me.

With this letter i would want to make a complaint report to you, or to the company, if it is necessary so, and request that you please provide the correction of the above mentioned violation mistakes. Firstly, i would not take the trading that wrongly performed to my account with its loss of rs.23, 063.20... (Please refer to the bse code 530005 & 532478...). Please fix this wrong thing with a solution. Secondly, i would like to request a solution of returning to my account the 2 stocks that i never gave instruction to anyone in the company to sell for me, (Bse code 524804 & 505200).
