[Resolved] Kotak Securities — worst account opening experience | |
i am from villupuram, tamil nadu. I applied for a demat account with kotak securities on november first week. They said i have to open a savings account first and then the demat would be opened. Just to open the savings account they took 6 days. And after that they called me to come to their bank to do some paper work. After doing all the paper work i have still not got the account opened. Whenever i call them, Their only responce is Sir ill check and call u back. I scold myself for going to these to open the account. They dont know even how a demat account works. They are a bunch of illiterate guys whose dont even know what their bank if offering customers. ICICI Bank is the best in every way. It would take only 5 days to open an demat account. These guys are just . Please dont open an account with these guys.
