Kotak Securities — Wrong brokerage charges

Dear Team, At the time of account opening i have been told that my intraday trading charges will be 0.03% or 21 rupees which ever is higher however when i m checking daily transaction report i am surprise to see i m getting charged more than 1.00 rupee per share, person who opened the account assured me that he will help me rectifying wrong charges however he stopped responding my calls, many promises been made by Kotak but all fake, need help to rectify charges and getting my money back.
