Kpn Travels — Bus cancelled by KPN but amount not refunded fully | |||
My travel was on[protected] at 11:15 PM. I got call from KPN bangalore number[protected] at 5:54 pm. the person who called me, told that sleeper bus in which my travel is cancelled. So, he asked if they can change to semi-sleeper. i told i wanted sleeper only. for that he replied saying cancel the ticket and they will refund fully. i asked whether i need to cancel online. he said yes. but i got only partial amount refund. 412 instead of 550. Uselessdoesn't bother about customers. But we are still dependent on these blood suckers.
I booked d tickets through red bus(THDQ25258276/ L[protected]to travel with my family on emergency. Bus timing was 10:15 but reached only at 11:15. First time I checked with Perungulathur KPN office he said bus will be by 10:45 then when I checked at 11 he got tensed and happily said " Bus won't arrive on time at all" which is a rule we have to follow. Always expect a 1 HR delay. And his response was so rude so I have to give him back. He posed for an video to convey d same message and they don't care about anyone including the useless KPN management. If this is going to continue, no one will knew KPN travels in few years.

but i did not got any response. so, i called up today and the person who talked was rude. he said you should have called us for cancellation. why did you cancel. i mentioned, your person only told to do cancel online.
now it is no where... this is very bad service of KPN.
day by day it is becoming worst.
