Kpn Travels — Staff irresponsible

We had booked KPN Travels on 20th Sept 2015 at 3PM from Madiwala as pickup point from Bangalore -> Salem. We had booked 4 tickets. And I am carrying my pregnant wife along with me. I booked ticket on 19th Sept 2015 and on 20th Sept 2015 around 12:30PM(two and half duration for my travel), I got a call from one lady staff as my Bus was cancelled and they ask us to travel in 2PM Bus. Due to their responsibilities, I carried my pregnant wife with so many hazards and 2PM bus arrived at 3:15PM and we didn't got any seats in front of the bus and I am not able to take care of my wife as we both were separated due to no seats for us. Also A/C in the bus was full and my wife suffered a lot with his health. We really had a bod day due to KPN Travels. And I recommend not to choose KPN Travels as it is a worst option.
