Ksbm Kaizen Global Management — Extremely poor management skills

As an ex employ, i had to resign from the company considering their lack of commitment towards their employee,
unethical holite enviroment for work, extreme dirty environment, dont know how the management can promote such vulgur lanauge in an education industry, promoting smoking, alchohol and vulgur talk, the manager was informed about it multiple times but he was careless about it diplomaticaly saying, my people enjoy it, they get me money, u enjoy it too, the hr from mumbai tried to supress the matter and later on when asked upon the head hr departments number, she mailed in ingnorance without consering all the facts, taking only the branch managers side, blaming the ex employee only and not only this, it was done with an intention to money out of me for some false charges instead of paying me my salary, in a hurry of supressing the matter, i never got a reply from her till date on being asked the head hr number, while she had only told me to talk to the hr department, no response till date, so ethically i can say the staff is very poor in management skills.To keep my hard earned money, they didnt pay me my salary, just vanish in an irresponsible manner. I chose to leave the premises with dignity and respect.I have my right to voice my plea on a public platform.

Any institute in education sector will give value and importance to moral values, ethics, education, but this is A DISASTER money minded theif. Their names are meant silent here to not to harm their reputation, but the voice of truth can not be muted, my pleae was rejected by the company, i suffered too much of embarrassment here.

If you are an educated clean person, valuing education and ethical work environment then hold up your moral grounds, think twice before joining such companies, or else you will heavy regret your choice.
