[Resolved] KSEB — regarding disrespect to customers | |||
sir, me residing near trivandrum medical college. first issue...i had received my electricity bill 2 days back...i thought i will pay it before its due date and i went to the office today.when i reached the office the cashier reported that my bill no. has not been entered in the system and he told me to go upstairs and inform at billing section abt it.when i reached there one officer told me that i cant pay the bill today since the entry has not been made and told me to come after 2 days..That was a bad experience for me as i am 8 months pregnant and took the pain to reach there and pay the bill as early as possible before they cut my electricity supply. second...i wonder why there is no online facility to pay the electricity bill in a city like trivandrum with ulloor section.One time by not knowing abt this i had paid my electricity bill online but that was not accepted and few days after at the correct day of due date one person came to my home and cut my power supply.this is the reason i thought of billing early this time and they didnt consid me at all...this is a shame to the kerala govt..
