[Resolved] KSRTC — Amount deducted but ticket was not confirmed.

On ARP-11-2015, I have tried booking a ticket from BNG-TPT. Amount got deducted, but ticket was not booked. When i called for the refund, one of the customer executives asked me to send a mail to : [protected]@ksrtc.org. Now it is been 15 day since i have sent a mail, and refund is not yet credited. I was been trying to call on :[protected],[protected] these numbers, but nobody was picking my call. Ticket Details: BENGALURU to TIRUPATHI - OB[protected]/04/2015 10/04/2015 Please refund my amount, otherwise i will log a complaint to KSRTC depot manager.

If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 283,[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
