[Resolved] KSRTC — Amount Refund for failed transaction | |||
On 21 October 2014, i tried booking 2 tickets from Kannur to Bangalore via online and they both ended up in failure after the payment was made. I had contacted the customer care and they requested me to email to [protected]@ksrtc.org (Accounts Section) with OB no & user id. Well, after sending that i had called the accounts section several times, every time a lady picks up the call and keeps the receiver aside until the call timed out. I had even followed up with several emails but not one response yet. Its been almost 2 months now and i do not see my money coming back. Was this information helpful? | |||
