[Resolved] KSRTC — Bus ticket booking inconvenience | |||||
When I check the ticket for booking online, it shows only one seat is available, when called up customer service nearly 20 seats were available( not a server issue as tried from different sources) and when asked for a window seat the travel agent has a very rude behaviour to say that they cannot assure that the next seat will be reserved for a lady passenger. and has a very rude behaviour. I had to explain this issue to 4 different customer service executives, i dont know why each person had to transfer the call to the supervisor to address the issue, what were the executives appointed for. And they put me on hold for about an hour, where they do not have any customer service number. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Dynamic allocation of ladies seats where adjacent seats will be allotted to lady passengers only. Single lady seat quota should be selected while booking the seat.
