[Resolved]  KSRTC — Delay in refunding Cancellation ticket fund - 17 days

Sir, I have booked a ticket from KSRTC online booking website from Bangalore to Mangalore and due to my inconvenience i had to cancel the ticket on 27/10/2014. During cancellation i was intimated of refund of ticket amount with a week. Its almost 17 days since i have cancelled my ticket and i didnt got any refund. I tried contacting KSRTC customer service number, they did not pick up the phone at all even though i waited for 25min over the call. . Please find the details of the ticket below. PNR: J45499649 Date or journey: 01/10/2014 Date of Cancellation: 17/09/2014 Please refund the amount.
