KSRTC — Denial of Information about Bus timings from information counter | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a manager of a hotel opp to Vyttila Mobility Hub.As one of my guest who is Poland citizen wanted to know the timings of AC Vovlvo buses from vyttila mobility hub to internatinal airport i went to the enquiry counter at mobility hub.The person at the counter rudely denied and asked me to come the next day.i actually was there to help a tourist who had a language barrier to communicate with person at the KSRTC counter and felt ashamed of the hospitality they have shown to a guest is visiting Gods Own Country.
