KSRTC — Denies to travel in the route in spite of pre booking! | |||
After many years we chose KSRTC that your services would have improved. But its a filth of operations. You people are only focussed on making money with constructions and other money minting ideas of volvos and multiaxle schemes. Today morning I had booked a Rajahamsa bus from Bangalore to Sakleshpra, the bus was heading to Mangalore. Scheduled to depart at 6.30 am on 7th March, 2014. Now the bus has halted at Hassan and asked the passengers towards Sakleshpura to board another bus due to lack of passengers and the bus would continue onward to Mangalore. With this attitude I am sure you will loose even the existing customers. Please enquire the current bus at the said time and reply to me why is such a pathetic situation? What would happen to passengers who have heavy luggages? To passengers who are aged? If the tickets are booked online, you should have informed earlier that you are not going to give a dedicated service even in a premier class like Rajahamsa, I would have booked with better service providers.
