KSRTC — driver refused to stop at the destination

sir i was travelling from edappally to irinjalakuda on 16/5/14 7.45pm in kstrc superfast RSK 74, KL 15 9547, the driver refused to stop at stand and stoped far from the destination and he used abusing language when the reason was enquired and challanged us to take action against them if we could.The conductor then tried to attack us.It was late 10pm. I humply request you to provide us justice and take needfull action against both of them. yours faithfully hafiz
