[Resolved] KSRTC — Failed Transaction Twice | |||
Sir/Madam, As I was trying to book a ticket to my native on 16/09/2014 the transaction failed not once but twice, Sent a E-mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org on 16/09/2014 but till now no reply has been confirmed. Tried calling the customer care No., but its of no use, no one care to pick the call only a computerised tone says all are executives are busy attending other calls please wait I have been doing this for last 3 to 5 days no one picks the call only my amount gets deducted from my balance after all waiting for 10minutes.Worst Customer Care facilities. OB:OB13122988 Amount :Rs.574/- OB:OB13123113 Amount :Rs.574/- transaction date is 16/09/2014Still how many days you need to credit my money to my account? Do the needfull at the earliest.
