[Resolved] KSRTC — Failure to refund payment for failed online transaction | |||
Hi, I was trying to book 4 tickets from Bangalore to Chitradurga through KSRTC (Karnataka), which failed due to some hang/processing issues. But, I find that my credit card has been debited with INR 1505 for this. I sent a mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org on May 21st at 4:06pm providing details below, to enable KSRTC to process a refund. I had not noted down the OB (Online Booking) number. 1. Mail id – dinesh.[protected]@headstrong.com 2. Credit Card – Visa, ending with 0011, in the name of Dinesh K Kadekar 3. Date and time of transaction – May 10th at 23:53 4. Ticket – Bangalore to Chitradurga on May 12th by the 14:02pm bus for 4 persons I received a mail from [protected]@ksrtc.org on May 22nd at 2:14pm stating that the refund will be processed. After this, I have sent multiple mails and neither have I received any response nor the refund.
