Dear Sir/Madam, I Santosh R, daily traveller from Tumkur-Bangalore is here to say that I am the monthly pass holder from 10th March 2014 to 9th March 2015 with ID number K005138. I purchased the March month's pass on 2nd of March 2015 in Tumkur. The pass is valid till 31st of March 2015 but the ID card has got expired on 9th March 2015. Now the KSRTC driver/conductor is not allowing me to travel without the renewal of ID card. Why did they issue the monthly pass till 31st of March 2015 with the same ID number?
