[Resolved] KSRTC Karnataka — failed transaction | |||
I have booked return ticket Trissur - bangalore - trissur on 13/01/15 through ksrtc.in website. During the booking money from my account deducted but the ticket was not issued. I requested for refund through e mail, but there was no reply or refund. after 14 days they replied me like this Respected Sir/Madam, We have received your mail and necessary action will be taken accordingly after due verification. You are requested to check your bank account in case of refund after 7 business days. For other issues regarding non receipt of refund amount kindly call[protected] OR[protected] during office hours. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
