[Resolved] KSRTC — KSRTC Failed Transaction - Refund of Money | |||
Hello, I booked e-Ticket on 18th December 2014 from Shimoga to Bangalore for the Trip Code 1702SMGBNG (AIRAVAT CLUB CLASS, Departure Time: 17:02) . But, the transaction was failed and hence ticket was not issued/allotted to me. However, Rs. 487/- has been debited from my Bank Account. I request you to please refund my money to my Bank Account at the earliest. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
