[Resolved] KSRTC — Money debited but ticket not raised | |
Dear Sir,
This is Nagalaxmi NR. Regularly I used to book my tickets by online ksrtc.in. But on 21st sept 2 times I tried to book tickets from Davanagere to Manipal but I was failed but amount was debited.

my failed transactions and the OB reference numbers are as follows please process the refund immediately.

OB17188300 and OB17188327 are failed transactions. If money deducted for these failed transactions, you are requested to contact [protected]@ksrtc.org.

i got a call from [protected] saying that, calling from ksrtc and to say atm card no. Is ksrtc really asking so? please ksrtc should answer this
