Dear Sir, This is Nagalaxmi NR. Regularly I used to book my tickets by online ksrtc.in. But on 21st sept 2 times I tried to book tickets from Davanagere to Manipal but I was failed but amount was debited. The journey date is[protected]. My guest email id is :[protected]@gmail.com My mobile Number: [protected] Following by my failed transactions and the OB reference numbers are as follows please process the refund immediately.
