Dear Sir, I tried cancelling my ticket through guest login( 0nline) as I wanted to attend some urgent matters, but it is telling credentials are wrong. My booking details are below Note: As I wrongly entered my email is when booking I was not able to cancel it online so I sent a mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org, but they have given no response at all till now. pnr: J43594165 seat no: 27, 28 passenger name: senthilkumar 25, malathi 48 date: 7/6/2014 mob: [protected] txn password: bX9DjfkJ emailid: [protected]@rocketmail.com debit card: sbi maestro ( 6220xxxxxxxx8048) total: rs 974 I should be getting 50 % of what I have paid as I had sent the email before 2 hours of departure.
