[Resolved]  KSRTC — non-refund of e-ticket failed transaction amount

Dear Sir, My KSTRC user login is pradeep.[protected]@gmail.com. I tried to book 3 tickets from Manipal to Bangalore (Trip code : 2020MNPBNG) on 23.09.2014. The date of travel was 27.09.2014. I tried trice to book the tickets. But all the three times, the transactions were failed. The OB Numbers are OB13194989, OB13194486 & OB13195447. However, the amount was debited from my account for the first two transactions and on the third attempt, the transaction become incomplete and failed. The amount is not debited. On 25.09.2014, i have received the refund for one failed transaction and till date i have not received the refund of second failed transaction. The ticket amount is Rs.1876/-. I request your good office to kindly check your records and refund the second failed transaction amount to my account. regards Pradeep T S

Sir, Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount. If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
