Hi Sir/Madam I am Anand tried to Book the Bus tickets by using my debit card from KSRTC online ticket bookings on 18/12/2014 . While booking ticket, the transaction was failed from KSRTC. But from my debit card account amount for Rs.2587 got deducted. Its being 12 working day since the transaction got failed But still now I have not got my money back. After sending number of emails, I haven't got any reply from their side. Below is the online transaction reference number and other detail. OB reference no- OB14078845 Email id - [protected]@gmail.com Transaction date - 18th Dec 2014. Looking for refund. Note - I have included my E-Ticket OB-Ref emails as well for your reference. If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
