Hi Sir/Madam
I am Anand tried to Book the Bus tickets by using my debit card from KSRTC online ticket bookings on 18/12/2014 .
While booking ticket, the transaction was failed from KSRTC. But from my debit card account amount for Rs.2587 got deducted. Its being 12 working day since the transaction got failed But still now I have not got my money back. After sending number of emails, I haven't got any reply from their side. Below is the online transaction reference number and other detail.

Looking for refund.

Verified Support Jan 05, 2015 Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] Customer Care's response Sir / Madam,
Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.

I have booked a bus ticket from Bangalore to Hubli, the status of the ticket shows failure but the amount is debited from my account please find attached document and refund the money.The journey date is 22/12/18
