[Resolved] KSRTC — REFUND FOR THE FAILED TRANSACTION | |||
Yesterday i.e 18/12/2014 at 9.30 AM during the process of online booking round trip tickets from Bangalore to Puttur KSRTC site "http://www.ksrtc.in/site" didn't work after the payment and I did not get the tickets. 1188/- Rs has been deducted from my ICICI Bank account. So, I kindly request you to refund me the amount deducted while booking online tickets as soon as possible.
