[Resolved] KSRTC — Refund for transaction failure | |||
Sir, I tried to book 4 tickets from Bangalore to Udupi in club Class for 22nd Feb, 2015, on 28/01/2015. But due to transaction failure, an amount of Rs3039.00 was debited to my account in Union Bank of India, and I did not get confirmed ticket. The OB number is OB14584270. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
