Hi, I had booked ticket for journey on 19/12/2014 at 3.15 pm in ksrtc bus from hyderabad to belgaum for travel on 19/12/2014 in airavat gold class seat no. 18. But I didnt get any confirmation mail or message regarding ticket booked. But an amount of 908/- has been deducted from my account. Kindly check and refund the amount deducted at the earliest and do the needful. If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.

This is regards KSRTC OB reference number : OB15735093 for refund of amount Rs.2686.00
I have booked 2 ticket from hyderabad to banglore through ksrtc online portal, my account got debited whereas ticket was not confirmed.The transaction code for OB15735093,
Kindly look into the issue and reverse the amount. Its been more than a week but there is no response on mail sent for the refund nor there is a proper response from customer care side when i called them.
Please do the needful at the earliest
