[Resolved]  KSRTC — Refund still not done

I have booked a ticket from hospet to banglore and i got a message that bus has been cancelled and then i submitted mail to online refund and been trying calling the number 22221321 Ext 283 (other banks), they simply receives the call and then ends the call. This is the worst customer service I have seen. Please refund my amount and more over they just keep on replying below message Sir / Madam, Your ticket is cancelled. If refund is not received within seven days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID. We regret the inconvenience caused to you and solicit your co-operation in this matter. With regards Awatar Support please follow IRCTC refund methods, we get those exactly in two days.
