[Resolved] KSRTC — Refund still not done | |
I have booked a ticket from hospet to banglore and i got a message that bus has been cancelled and then i submitted mail to online refund and been trying calling the number 22221321 Ext 283 (other banks), they simply receives the call and then ends the call. This is the worst customer service I have seen. Please refund my amount and more over they just keep on replying below message

please follow IRCTC refund methods, we get those exactly in two days.
