[Resolved] KSRTC — Regd the cancelled ticket refund not yet done | |||
Hi, I have cancelled two tickets on 07/05/2015 in ksrtc., 1. PNRNumber :J50156428, Trip Code: 2101HYDBNG 2. PNR Number :J50156242, Trip Code :2041BNGHYD I didnot get refund of both the tickets and its more than 10 days and they informed I should get the refunded amount in 7 days in website, neither there was no reply to my mail nor the customer care gets connected . I m trying to figure this for past 3 days. Please help me get my money refunded Was this information helpful? | |||

Your ticket is already cancelled.
If refund is not received within seven days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 283,[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
We regret the inconvenience caused to you and solicit your co-operation in this matter.
