[Resolved] KSRTC — Still I didn't get my refund - Customer care not picking the call. | |||
Last Month 28, I was trying to book the tickets through KSRTC site. It was getting failed so many times. And i have raised the refund request via sending the mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org. But i didn't get any refund as of now.i have tried 11 times for book the ticket on that day, In that 2 or 3 times i have paid the money for the failure transaction. And earlier those failure transactions were displayed in my Itineraries failure history. But today that too gone from my history. Past 10 days i was trying to reach customer care through[protected] this number. This is always busy. I tried more than 1000 times for this number. Really I got irritated due to this kind of issues. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
