[Resolved] KSRTC — Ticket was not confirmed but money got deducted

I tried to book 2 tickets from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 17th of December, 2014 for the travel date: 18th of December, 2014, I entered my bank details and tried to place an order, it gave an error message after saying please wait for long time and my money was also deducted. I checked My Itineraries to check if my tickets were confirmed but nothing was there. Now when I check under My Itineraries-> Failed Transactions: it shows following, BENGALURU to HYDERABAD OB[protected]/12/2014 17/12/2014. Please let me know when will I get the amount refunded to my account as it has been 2 days already.
