[Resolved] KSRTC — Transaction failed - refund not credited | |||
Dear Sir, I have booked a ticket in KSRTC Ref No: OB12558280 dt.24th July 2014 and the Transaction has been failed and Rs.785/- was debited in my account. I sent a mail to The Accounts section, KSRTC, Bengaluru on 25th July 204 and they replied on 2nd Aug 2014. But still i have not received my money in my account. Your ticket is not booked and we have forwarded your request to Account section of KSRTC for verification and making refund, if KSRTC has been credited with this amount.
If refund or communication is not received within seven working days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
We regret the inconvenience caused to you and solicit your co-operation in this matter.
