[Resolved] KSRTC — Travel from Bangalore to Gokarna in Airavat A/C Bus on 17/04/2015 Bus No.KA-F8466 | |||
Dear Sir, It was a horrible experience travelling in Airavat bus when we travelled from Bangalore to Gokarna in the vehicle KA - F8466 in seat no 35 & 36 where no A/C instead heat air was coming from the rear that made us almost suffocation. When contacted Driver and conductor they expressed that the temperature kept was 25 Degree Celsius. They also confirmed that the rear end was hot. We can not open the window nor we can tolerate the heat instead it was better we could have travelled in ordinary bus wherein we could at least open the window. We lost unnecessarily money and also the suffering throught the journey for nearly 11 hours. We request the authorities will look into the matter and fail to understand why this is not been checked before starting journey. I request the KSRTC should compensate for the same by refunding the amount. It is a fact and I am not making anything unnecessary remark as I have great respect and regard to our KSRTC bus services. I sincerly hope proper justice will be done and also authorities will properly chek the conditions of the bus before it carries the passengers. A state owned company to have such good customer service is something of a rarity. Wish and hope that all state owned companies follow suit.
