Dear Sir, Travelled in a AC Ambari service from Salem to Bangalore on Sunday 27th night 23:56 service. Due to late and last minute planning got in only the last two seats for me and my wife. (43, 44). Realized it was a biggest mistake only after 15 minutes. Throughout the journey it was like almost sitting in a Hot OVEN. While I payed about 600+ Rupees for AC services this is not acceptable at all and through the night both o[censored]s were awake and the driver was also not able to do anything apart from requesting to get adjusted. In this regard do let me know why should the service be so poor and hazardous to the passenger. As a consumer of the services looking forward to raise a complaint with KSRTC and request for explanation in this regard. (and how will they avoid this in future) Also looking forward their explanation on why should i not approach for my right to any consumer court for full refund and compensation. (While I am aware the engine is there, not all the buses have the same heat.. Pretty sure the insulation is gone and at on point it has all possibility to become dangerous.. ) Appreciate your support to seek a reply from KSRTC in this regard. thx Anbu Was this information helpful? | |||
