[Resolved] KSRTC — Unfair ticket practices by bus conductor, vehicle. No. (KN 01F8351) | |||
I was suppose to travel from kanchipuram to hosur.when I approached the bus conductor for a seat, he simply told me to pay Rs. 500 against the availability of seat. When I asked him for the actual price, he told it was Rs.350 and when I questioned him for the extra levy of amount on my ticket. He just told me that there was some demand for tickets on the particular day. When I told him that I would even complaint about this to the higher authorities, he just told do what ever you can??. If such is the way of conductors treating the passengers then no passenger would prefer to travel through ksrtc. And I dint want to board that bus after all that unpleasant acts by the conductor.
