Booked my car jan 30th 16 and was told will be delivered within 14 days
Mumbai to bhagalpur bihar, I want to use really abusive language for the experience I have with them. they dont know the place first but they committed as if they are travelling daily, complete payment taken by cheque in advance .
While booking they told its pvt ltd company we are iso certified, I dont know how such kind of certificate given to them . guy name Rahul sharma[protected], all heaven of promises made by him but those are hell promises .
No info shared by them nothing you need to chase them, they will give number within there circle telling this is drivers number but nothing will be come out of them, standard statement "sir 5 min do abhi status or number de ta hun " but that 5 mins never happens . sometimes they wont receive call, if received they will put on hold or say abhi call karta hun cut the phone.
Rahul sharma gave number Manoj sharma[protected] and then Manoj will give number of Anil kumar [protected] and its keeps going, I still have few more numbers.
First of all they gave car in patna, as they do not know where bhagalpur is, as per them it may be 30 km range but actaully its arnd 200km from patna.
Sharma promised he will pay 1500 for petrol till bhagalpur, but that also a lie . above that I spoke to Rathod( [protected]) who handles maharashtra region, he also promised we will pay on the first call and asked me to call after 1 hr and after that till now he does not receive the call.
condition of my car after receiving .

Speedometer was broken and it is not working .
2.
petrol was around 3/4 th of tank, after landing its hardly smthing left .
3 . Car was covered with dust, god knows how, u cant imagine completely dusty.
1.reached patna on 18th feb for bhagalpur they are said it will take another week.
God knows what all things would have been gone.from my car.
Very worst experience never use kuber movers packers service . they are looters, KMP's start looting and dacoity why u need shop to do that .
