Kun Honda, Perungudi — WORST SerVice

I gave my activa for changing front break and other service, while taking for delivery, nothing was perfect, break light was not working and back break was too weak, hen i asked the service guy, he says break shoe is weak and when i took the same 2 wheeler from service 2 weeks back he said its good.when asked about it he simply telling me to change it outside somewhere.

and they never have stocks..they keep telling it and doesnt get it from other honda showrooms to fix it and give it on time..

If they really care about customer satisfaction, they would never ask us to fix the parts somewhere else.some working people have no other option to give the 2 wheeler other than this honda showroom, as they have to find other showrooms at long distance, thats y they give, else no one likes the service in this showroom.

Its actually a stress more than money, when u spare time for coming to this showroom fr takin the vehicle after few days in your busy schedule and when you find the work is not done properly, how would you feel?
