Hi, I had lodged a complaint [tn98789] on 6th feb 2016. Till now the replacement hasn't happened. Its 6 months now i have been following up with the customer care. They have the worst process of escalation. Every random customer care person that i talk to, salim, parveen, joshi etc, are escalating the issue to higher level - thane branch manager for last two months & yet i get no call back, no resolution, & everytime i am told to call a week later. & after every week the status remains as it is & the promise is again repeated.
