Sub:- I salender kutchina ARC machine and company will be return the money of 26, 290/- to me. Dear Sir/Madam with due respect I would like to say that I am a consumer of Kutchina Kitchen Ltd. This Consumer name was Mr.Biswajit Roy and Machine Code no is[protected].. I inform you sir that I bought a kutchina chimni on 18th october, 2016 from kalyani branch at kolkata in west Bengal and that day the sales man brought these machine to my home and engineer had installed these purchase machine to my home on that day. I purchased ARC Model and the sales man took the money of 26, 290/- rs from me but yesterday I want to know that the sales man took more money of 1000/- rs from me. This sales man name was Mr.Avijit Mondal and his mobile no is- [protected]/ [protected] Also I wanted to know that why I want's to know that the sales man took more money of 1000/- rs from me? Buying the kutchina machine, no MRP rate was written on the box. That's why I decided that I salender these machine and company will be return the money of 26, 290/- to me. Buying the kutchina machine, no MRP rate was written on these box. Yesterday I can't get any feedback or resolution from the BAJORIA APPLIANCE PVT LTD.
